2. Privacy in the NovaBooth app
No accounts, advertising or analytics
NovaBooth does not require a user account. The current version contains no advertising, tracking technologies, analytics services or external crash-reporting services. Through normal app use, the developer receives no photos, email addresses or usage profiles.
Camera and photos
The app uses the iPad camera to capture photos and short image sequences. Content is processed locally on the device. With permission, NovaBooth saves finished media to the iPad photo library using the permissions provided by iPadOS.
Local settings and sessions
App settings, setup status and session-related information are stored locally on the iPad. Each event is handled as a new session. Photos and app data are managed on the device.
AirDrop, email and AirPrint
When users share or print content, NovaBooth uses Apple system features. AirDrop, Apple Mail and AirPrint are processed by the operating system and configured services. The developer receives neither the shared content nor recipient addresses or print jobs.
Storage monitoring
NovaBooth checks available device storage locally to warn when space is low and safely prevent new captures when storage is full. This information never leaves the device.
3. This website
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Technically necessary log data may be processed when pages are requested, including IP address, date and time, requested file, transferred volume, referrer, browser and operating system. Processing serves the secure and reliable delivery of the website under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The provider states that web server log files are deleted after no more than seven days.
No cookies or tracking
This website uses no analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. No external fonts, social plugins or third-party video embeds are loaded. Images and videos are served directly from our own web space.
4. Contact
If you contact us by email, your email address, message and any voluntarily provided information are processed to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual requests or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general support. Data is deleted when it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligation applies.
5. Your rights
Subject to legal requirements, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn with future effect. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
